Submission Guidelines for Authors

1. The Biothink -National Academy of Bio Sciences, an e- magazine will be published quarterly as Online Open Access Magazine on our official website http://www.biothink.in
2. Articles must be sent in .doc, .docx, MS-Word format and will be sent to biothinkeditor@gmail.com as an email attachment for reviewing and suggested modification. After acceptance by the concerned editor, the article should be sent to biothinkeditor@gmail.com in for publication.
3. The article must not surpass 2000 words; nevertheless, it may surpass this restriction to ensure completion of a sentence, but must not exceed 2500 words under any circumstances.
4. The title must be concise and descriptive of the content, using 14-point bold Times New Roman font.
5. The full contact details of each author should be provided beneath the title using 12-point Times New Roman font. The corresponding author’s email address should be placed after the address in bold, with a font size of 11 in Times New Roman.
6. Manuscripts or articles need to undergo a peer review process following the editor’s suggestion and may be requested to make revisions to the content.
7. Manuscripts must be devoid of plagiarism and will be considered for acceptance under the condition that the content presented is unique and has not been previously published.
8. Prospective authors are encouraged to submit articles which should contain an introduction, abstract, tables, figures, and references. It is important to ensure that references of tables and figures are duly cited within the article.
9. The article should be presented in a clear format on A4 paper size, providing comprehensive information in straightforward English. It should include a summary, brief introduction, detailed methodology, and results. Authors are required to make final conclusions based on their findings. All abbreviations must be spelled out fully upon first use. Accuracy in scientific names and technical terminology is essential. Tables, figures, and images should be pertinent, properly positioned, and cited accordingly.
10. Reference style includes the author’s surname, initials, and year of publication, followed by the title of the article in italics, the full title of the journal, the volume number, issue number, and page numbers.
11. It is crucial that every submits an article authorization certificate, outlining their contribution to the article and assuming accountability for any conflicts that may arise from the content of the article.

Points need to remember by authors  :-

1. articles with plagiarized content, in PDF format, or not following the guidelines will be disqualified.
2. The Biothink e-magazine’s publishing criteria provide the Chief Editor and Editorial Board the authority to reject any article that violates them.
3. Any plagiarism issues in an article belong exclusively to the writers.
4. The related author’s email address must be provided with the manuscript. 
5. The article hasn’t been submitted for publication or appeared anywhere else.
6. The article must be original to the author and should not be repeated. 
7. Author must accepts our magazine’s policies and terms and conditions.
8. Technical articles and manuscripts should be featuring original high definition images, graphs, tables, and data  related to the article.
9. Selection of Article/ Manuscripts whether solely decided by Advisory/Editorial Board of BioThink e-magazine according to the genuineness of the content.
10. For any issue, Author can raise complaint before chief editor.
